The external evaluation of the project is undertaken as part of WP4 (Quality Control and Monitoring). The aims of the external evaluation are to provide an independent evaluation of the project’s activities, and assess their effectiveness, efficiency and achievements as outlined in the project application. The evaluation is carried out by an Mrs Jenny Herbert who has many years of experience of managing 20 large Tempus and Erasmus+ Capacity Building in HE Projects in both Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East and is familiar with the aims and objectives, rules and regulations of the Erasmus+ programme.
